Immunisations
Matron Anna Fisher and Sister Catchpole offer a full vaccination programme for childhood illnesses, tetanus and influenza. She also advises on immunisation requirements for foreign travel.
Maternity Care
Maternity care is provided in co-operation with the district midwife and local hospitals. Ante-natal clinics are held on Thursday afternoons at Camelford Children's Centre, Camelford Primary School. Matron Anna Fisher offers pre-conception counselling.
Family Planning
The Doctors and Matron Anna Fisher offer family plannig advice to all patients during surgery hours. Emergency contraception is available if unprotected sexual intercourse took place within the last 72 hours. A prescription for medication can be given by visiting the practice nurse. This service is also available to people registered elsewhere.
