Outlook South West website
Following a service move into Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the old Outlook South West website has been decommissioned. It no longer exists and all patient information & signposting for Cornwall’s IAPT service will need to be to the newer address - https://www.cornwallft.nhs.uk/outlook-south-west/
Please could you forward this to the relevant person who can double check that any reference or links to the Outlook South West website is no longer using the URL: www.outlooksw.co.uk but instead using the CFT one above.
